By accessing our web platforms, initiating Hotline consultations, launching WhatsApp customer support chats, or requesting customized engineering quotes from Hunan Xintai Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., you declare your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any segment, please terminate all platforms immediately.
Unless specifically noted under signed sales contracts, all customized engineering plans, flow charts, piping geometries, and CAD drawings shown, designed, or discussed represent the exclusive intellectual and material property of Hunan Xintai. You agree not to copy, forward, or distribute these proprietary designs to third-party competitors without our written approval.
The consultation plans and automated quotes generated through our contact forms or direct online conversations represent preliminary assessments. Official, legally binding commitments require formal written contracts incorporating certified laboratory testing of your source water chemistry (including pH, hard metals, salinity, etc.) and direct physical evaluations by our engineers.
Industrial water treatment skids (e.g. Reverse Osmosis arrays, EDI ultrapure units, wastewater thallium removal systems) require precision manufacturing. While we strive to meet all targeted deadlines, manufacturing schedules may be subject to minor adjustments based on component supply availability, logistics, or custom layout additions requested during the build process.
All Hunan Xintai equipment units are shipped with a limited structural and mechanical warranty detailed in your signed sales agreement (usually covering 12 months from on-site commissioning). This warranty strictly excludes consumable elements such as Reverse Osmosis membranes, deionizing resins, sand/carbon filter media, and anti-scalant agents, unless direct physical manufacturing defects are certified.
