By leveraging advanced pre-treatment combined with single-pass or double-pass reverse osmosis membranes, we are able to effectively strip raw tap water or groundwater of massive amounts of dissolved solids (TDS), organic substances, colloidal matter, and bacteria, reaching stable operational conductivities.

Typical Treatment Process Flow

Raw Water Tank → Raw Water Pump → Quartz Sand Filter → Activated Carbon Filter → Water Softener / Anti-scalant Dosing → Precision Filter (5μm) → High Pressure Pump → Reverse Osmosis (RO) System → Pure Water Tank

Note: If absolute ultrapure water is required (such as 18 MΩ.cm for semiconductor fabrication), this base RO cycle is seamlessly integrated with our downstream EDI (Electrodeionization) systems and polishing resins.
